Back in 2011, Disney began enforcing the 24 hour notice for cancellation policy for table service restaurants by charging $10 per person for a no show. This was rolled out to the signature dining locations alongside changes to the reservation system to cut back the number of guests making multiple reservations for the same basic time on the same day at several restaurants. Starting October 31, Disney will roll this charge to all table service locations. This includes non-Disney operated table service locations. Venues and shows that require full payment will not refund anything. To avoid $10 per person charge, cancel before 11:59 the day before. This can be done thru My Disney Experience, guest relations, a restaurant podium, or the special cancel phone line 407-WDW-CNCL.
