Disney has announced another fireworks dessert party for the Magic Kingdom. The Ferrytale Wishes cruise will take place on one of the Ferryboats that typically runs guests from the Magic Kingdom and the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). It will be boarding an hour before Wishes starts and departs 45 minutes before the show from the TTC and provide a dessert buffet. It will cost $99 per adult ($69 per child age 3-9) and supposedly will offer alcoholic beverages, though those likely wont be included in the price. Disney has had the Tommorowland Terrace Dessert Party for a long time and it requires an advance reservation. Guests have also found spots around the Seven Seas Lagoon to watch the show (with music piped in) for free for years including from the docks of the TTC Ferry. It's unclear if the dock will remain a place guests will be allowed to watch for free. An interesting twist to watch for is how this affects the end of the night departure after the show during busier times. In my experience the buses, monorail, and docks get crowded fast as everyone tries to head out. It'll be interesting to see how backed up it will be if the Party ferry returns to the TTC first to allow attendees to leave first or if it beelines for the Magic Kingdom to pick up more guests first. Guests get a glow glass and souviner palette plate to keep with their cruise.
